In the next steps, you’ll find the forms to complete your Enrollment Application. To make this process smooth, here are the items you need to prepare for each form:

  • Form 2 – Student Image: A clear, recent photo with good lighting, centered, and with no heavy filters.
  • Form 3 – Resume or CV: Your most up-to-date resume/CV.
  • Form 4 – Introduction Video: Upload your video to a Drive folder or YouTube (set as Unlisted), then paste the share link in the form.
  • Form 6 – Scholarship Application: Monthly expenses document (PDF or link).
  • Form 7 – Letter of Recommendation: PDF letter from a mentor or leader.
  • Form 8 – The Student Final Agreement
