With every concept applied, skill mastered, and challenge overcome, our students continue to embody what it means to lead with purpose and learn with passion. The Winter Semester, being the first chapter of the academic year, holds unique importance in shaping the year ahead and setting the tone for what’s possible.

Business Program: Driving Real-World Student Progress

The Business Program at Cumorah Academy continues to thrive as a hub of creativity, and applied learning. After each semester, we gather insights and refine our approach to help students achieve even greater results. The goal is clear: equip each student with the tools and confidence to create, innovate, and lead in the business world.

This semester, students dove into the fundamentals of starting a business—planning, market research, and financial strategy. But theory wasn’t enough. We emphasized real-life application, challenging students to identify market needs, develop solutions, and launch revenue-generating projects. Their enthusiasm turned into action, and the results speak for themselves: 93% of our Entrepreneurship students generated revenue by the end of the semester.

Leadership Development and Student Progress in Action

Leadership is at the core of what we teach, and this semester has been nothing short of inspiring. Our mentors guided students through a journey of understanding what true leadership means in a complex and fast-moving world.

From hands-on projects to meaningful class discussions, students were pushed to think critically and act decisively. The result? A powerful shift in mindset and capability:

• 92.6% of our students graduated with Proficiency in Leadership
• 46.3% of all our students graduated with Advanced Leadership Skills

Such results highlight not only our curriculum’s effectiveness but also the commitment and drive of our students to become influential leaders in their communities and beyond.

Spiritual and Emotional Growth

Beyond leadership, our program nurtures the whole individual—spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. By the end of the semester, 93.9% of students reported having high faith, a powerful reflection of their strengthened values and personal conviction. 

Hopefulness for the future among our students was also remarkable, rising from 67.4% at the beginning of the semester to 84.8% by the end. These shifts reflect the deep impact of our community, curriculum, and mentorship on students’ sense of purpose and optimism.

Emotional resilience was another significant area of progress. At the start of the semester, only 38.8% of students reported high emotional resilience. By the end, that number had grown to 67.4%, showing a dramatic increase in students’ ability to adapt, persevere, and remain steady in the face of challenges. 

These outcomes reinforce our belief that true education goes beyond academics—it builds the character and inner strength necessary for lifelong growth and leadership.

Helping Students Reach Their Career Goals

At Cumorah Academy, student progress includes not just academic growth but career development. One of our proudest achievements is helping students secure jobs while still studying on campus. Why? Because experiencing real-world success is a crucial part of building lifelong confidence…and future opportunities.

Our model works. 89% of students found a job while still attending Cumorah, seeing an average salary increase of 75.71%. These numbers aren’t just impressive—they represent real lives being changed and futures being shaped.
