Leadership & Personal Development is the foundation of every student’s experience at Cumorah Academy.
During their first session, every student completes this core program and then chooses one additional “+” program to complement their studies.
Through interactive workshops, mentoring, service projects, presentations, team challenges, and practical leadership experiences, students develop the skills, character, and confidence to make a lasting impact in their personal and professional lives.
By the end of the program, students will be equipped to:
Speak confidently and effectively in public.
Develop a clear, practical vision for their future.
Apply proven leadership and soft skills in real-world situations.
Strengthen their confidence, hope, and faith.
Become stronger candidates for meaningful career opportunities.
Students spend approximately 18 hours per week participating in classes, workshops, discussions, and practical activities.
Alongside Leadership & Personal Development, students may choose one “+” program to personalize their learning experience. Each option is designed to build specialized skills while complementing the leadership foundation gained through the core program.
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old and have no dependent children or family members.
- Be eligible to travel within Europe's Schengen Area for at least 90 days.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher (Upper Intermediate or above is preferred).
To successfully apply, applicants must:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth, faith, and academic development.
- Work well with others and show a genuine willingness to serve and support those around them.
- Successfully complete two interviews conducted in English.
- Maintain timely and professional communication in English throughout the application process.
- Be fully available to attend the entire session.
- Be willing to make a meaningful financial contribution toward their education.
- Complete the scholarship application process to be considered for funding that covers the remaining program costs.
